Customer will pickup the items and return them within 48 hours.

FULL SERVICE (¥10,000 added fee)
We will deliver and setup, then later disassemble and take away the items.

A deposit of ¥3,000 (+tax) is required at the time of reservation. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of pickup, by cash or online payment options.

Deposits are non-refundable. Reservations can be rescheduled due to bad weather or other reasons.

​Bookings are accepted until 6pm the day prior to receiving the items.

SAFETY GUIDELINES

​

Recommend for ages 1 to 10 years old.

Persons over 100lbs (45kgs) are not permitted on this item. 

​

Ages 1 to 7, no more than 4 people at a time permitted on this item. Ages 8 to 10, no more than 2 people at a time permitted. Combined weights of more people may exceed a safe weight limit.

​

Exceeding the weight limit may result in ripped seams, rendering the item unusable,

and may also result in injury. 
 

No shoes, pointy objects, food, or drinks are permitted on the item. 

​

Pets are not permitted on this, as they can tear the item at the slightest touch.  ​

​

Adult supervision is required at all times during the rental period to ensure the safety of participants.
