Participation in this program is offered on a monthly membership subscription basis. Fees are charged automatically each month, prior to attending your permitted monthly number of sessions. Membership may be canceled without charge after the second month. Earlier cancellations will incur a fee equal to one month’s membership.

All correspondence regarding bookings, cancellations, and membership updates must be conducted directly through the email address provided on this form. Monthly update emails are sent to all members so please be sure to view them.
