Terms of Agreement

1) About Subscription Participation in this event is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Charges are per every 4 sessions. After the initial payment, fees are charged on the 1st of each month. Fees are automatically discounted when less sessions remain.

2) About Cancelations Membership cancelation is permitted after the 2nd month fees, without cancelation charges. All correspondence for cancelations and/or monthly updates must be conducted directly to us via the email address you provided.

3) About Correspondence After submitting this form, a screen will be displayed for proceeding to payment. Please complete the payment, and then check periodically for our confirmation email featuring details about the upcoming classes. The email may arrive within a few hours after payment is completed, and monthly thereafter.

4) About Trial Lessons

Please note that trial lessons take place at CREATIVE STATION in Kadena Town (off-base) at different times than the regular lesson schedule. To take a trial lesson, copy/paste the words "TRIAL LESSON" into the comment box below and submit the form. Disregard the payment screen that follows and check your email periodically for details about upcoming trial lessons.
