We’re excited to offer a complimentary workshop for adults to learn practical Qigong techniques with Jaylon Carter. This session introduces gentle movements, breathing, and focus methods that help improve energy flow, reduce stress, and support overall physical and mental well-being.
 

With consistent practice, many find it becomes a reliable tool for maintaining health and building resilience over time. 

Reservations are required. 

NOTES:
1)
Age Guidelines

This workshop is for adults, or children age 13 and up.
Please do not bring children under age 13 to this workshop.

2) Socks & Slippers

Since we remove our shoes inside, please remember to wear socks.

We have slippers available for guests, but supplies are limited — you’re also welcome to bring your own comfy pair!

 

3) In order to avoid disturbances during the session, entry will not be permitted after the start time displayed above.
Please plan to arrive about 10 minutes early to avoid being locked out of the session.
