A deposit of ¥3,000 (+tax) is required at the time of reservation. The remaining amount can be paid on the reservation date (prior to receiving the item), in cash or by online payment.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance are non-refundable, but cancellations due to bad weather can be rescheduled to another date.
Bookings are accepted until 24 hours prior to receiving the items.

Combined weights of 2 or more people may exceed a safe weight limit.
Exceeding the weight limit may result in ripped seams, rendering the item unusable,
and may also result in injury.
No shoes, pointy objects, food, or drinks are permitted on the item.
Pets are not permitted on this, as they can tear the item at the slightest touch.
Adult supervision is required at all times during the rental period to ensure the safety of participants.
